Ha Bik Chuen: 1960s–70s at Rossi&Rossi
Do you know those stories about a struggling but determined artist who, despite all hardships and obstacles, manages to prove everyone wrong and finally shows their art to the world? Yeah, so this is not about Ha Bik Chuen. It seems he was desperately trying to just stay in various craft businesses until finally he fully gave up to be an artist.
Luckily for us, he did. And we have a chance to see his innovative work with unconventional materials and admire the result of his constant desire to push boundaries.
Exhibition period: 23.05–8.08
Gallery address: 11/F, M Place, Wong Chuk Hang
