The saying goes ‘To learn a second language is to possess a second soul’ but what if one is changing countries and languages even more often? What transformations does a soul undergo? What parts stay or stain and what is being lost or left behind? Elizabeth is talking about her own personal journey and story but the visual language she uses to create her monoprints resonates with any viewer.
