Art of Nature Contemporary presents “Boundaries”, a solo exhibition by Gu Yue, on view from August 21 to September 19, 2026.

For Gu Yue, boundaries are not rigid divisions, but dynamic spaces that generate new relationships. Spanning geographical territories, cultural traditions, artistic media, and personal experience, his work uses recombination, transformation, and juxtaposition to bridge symbols from disparate histories, cultures, and media.

“Boundaries” serves as a focused reflection on the intersections of civilization, imagery, and human cognition, inviting viewers to rethink boundaries as generative spaces for building understanding across differences.
