Yes, Ms. Sin Sin Man turns 70 this October. And Sin Sin Fine Art enters its 23rd year. How does one distill decades so full of energetic, productive life? Populated with art, beauty, and friendship. Charged with challenges, setbacks, and victories big and small.

49. This is what Sin Sin arrived at, intuitively. Without conscious planning, day in and day out, she worked on her new body of work — a meditative rhythm growing naturally as she developed her own unique technique. It is labour-intensive, crafted entirely by hand: meticulous, endless pleats, layer upon layer of paint. Even colour came to her intuitively, driven by a ferocious hunger. By the time she decided the work was done, she counted what she had made. There were 49 pieces — small, yet sculptural.
